Martian Manhunter’s weakness IS fire, but it’s not totally because it’s psychological.  As far as I know when his planet was inhabited by the evil other Martians, that eventually wiped out his race, they were separated by a wall of fire.  Being such a psychologically strong being the fear of fire causes it to actually hurt him.
